From Cusco to Puno on the Andean Explorer train

Leaving lovely Cusco … a last shot of the narrow alleys before moving on.

… and we are off to explore more of Peru via Peruvian Rail – the Andean Explorer that will take us all the way to Puno and Lake Titicaca – a 10 hour train ride through the Andes traveling up into the stratosphere to an altitude of over 4000m.

The views are glorious.

  5. Looks amazing Karen and glad the leg is holding up – have been to the Bolivian side of Titicaca but its a bit desolate in comparison.
