Being ‘Billy No Mates’ for a day or so, as intrepid explorer, I felt obliged to try out snow shoeing – what a great experience! Caroline (the girl in the middle) was our guide – I shall definitely be persuading those of you coming out to see me to give this a go. Next up is cross country skiing!
